Inbound WhatsApp messages used to wait for a human. I built an AI chatbot (n8n and Supabase) that answers every enquiry at any hour, qualifies it, captures the contact details, syncs them to the CRM and pings the local installer. Over two months it handled 292 conversations and turned about 40% of them into captured leads, with nobody on the other end.

Spend and revenue lived in three separate tabs. I built one live dashboard that ties Meta spend, Google and Shopify into a single always-current view. Then I added an AI editing workflow that turns raw conference footage into a finished ad in about five minutes and, because I run a Meta developer app, pushes it straight to the ad account.

Ausgaben und Umsatz lebten in drei getrennten Tabs. Ich baute ein Live-Dashboard, das Meta-Spend, Google und Shopify in einer stets aktuellen Ansicht zusammenführt. Dann kam ein KI-Schnitt-Workflow dazu, der aus Konferenz-Rohmaterial in etwa fünf Minuten eine fertige Anzeige macht und sie, weil ich eine Meta-Developer-App betreibe, direkt ins Werbekonto spielt.

The thread through all of it. I built the system that runs my own agency: the SEO pipeline, the reporting, the ad tooling, wrapped in scripts and guardrails so the AI does the repetitive work without going off the rails. It's the reason one person can carry 18 clients and still ship quality.

My own agency ran its proposals on a drag-and-drop tool (Prospero). I replaced it with a prompt-based internal CRM (database, cloud, the works, now VibeHub) that turns a prospect into a tailored proposal in a fraction of the clicks. The faster turnaround lifted our own conversion rate.

The US site was dragging. I connected it up and used Claude to analyze exactly what was slowing it down, then fixed the bottlenecks, so pages load faster for the people who came to buy.
