WhatsApp leads used to wait until someone was available. I built a chatbot with n8n and Supabase that answers, qualifies the request, saves the contact details in the CRM and notifies the local installer. In two months it handled 292 conversations. About 40% became captured leads.

WhatsApp-Leads mussten früher warten, bis jemand verfügbar war. Ich habe mit n8n und Supabase einen Chatbot gebaut, der antwortet, die Anfrage qualifiziert, Kontaktdaten im CRM speichert und den lokalen Installateur informiert. In zwei Monaten führte er 292 Gespräche. Rund 40 Prozent wurden zu erfassten Leads.

Spend and revenue were split across Meta, Google and Shopify. I brought them into one live dashboard. I also built an editing workflow that turns raw conference footage into a finished ad in about five minutes and sends it straight to the Meta ad account.

Ausgaben und Umsatz waren auf Meta, Google und Shopify verteilt. Ich habe sie in einem Live-Dashboard zusammengeführt. Dazu kam ein Schnitt-Workflow, der aus Konferenzmaterial in etwa fünf Minuten eine fertige Anzeige macht und direkt ins Meta-Werbekonto überträgt.

My own agency runs on a connected set of tools for SEO, reporting and paid media. Scripts handle the repetitive work; checks catch weak output before it reaches a client. That setup lets me manage 18 accounts without treating quality as an afterthought.

We used to build proposals in Prospero, one block at a time. I replaced it with an internal CRM, now called VibeHub, that turns a short prompt and prospect data into a tailored proposal. Fewer clicks meant faster replies and a better conversion rate for the agency.

Früher bauten wir Angebote in Prospero Block für Block zusammen. Ich habe das Tool durch ein internes CRM ersetzt, heute VibeHub. Aus einem kurzen Prompt und den Daten des Interessenten erstellt es ein passendes Angebot. Weniger Klicks brachten schnellere Antworten und eine bessere Conversion-Rate.

The US site was slow. I used Claude to trace the bottlenecks, checked its findings and fixed the problems in the WordPress setup. The result is a faster site for the people who came to buy.
